Magic Chocolate Flan Cake (Recipe In English)


Cake: 1/2 cup caramel sauce 1/2 cup +2 tablespoon all-purpose flour (69g) 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (19g) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate (4oz/113g) 6 tablespoon unsalted butter(87g) 1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar (106g) 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. FLAN: 1 can evaporated milk (Carnation 360g) 1 can sweetened condensed milk(387g) 1 can half cream (225g) cream chesse (4 oz) 4 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. Opcional : if you can't find the half cream use 8 oz of cream cheese
Also to make the homemade buttermilk use 1/2 cup of milk and add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.

Procedure:
Temperature:350 F
Time:1 hour and 30 minutes approx.

Cake:
Grease nonstick bundt pan.Microwave caramel until easily pourable,about 30 seconds,
then pour into prepared pan to coat bottom.
Whisk flour,coca,baking soda and salt together in bowl.
microwave chocolate and butter until melted, whisk in butter,milk,sugar,eggs,and vanilla until incorporated.Stir in flour mixture.Pour the batter over the caramel in prepared pan.

Flan:
process all ingredients in blender until smooth,Gently pour flan over cake butter.
place roasting pan on oven rack and pour warm water in roasting pan until it reaches halfway up side of bundt pan.Bake until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
Let it cool completely and cover with foil paper refrigerate over night and gently turn platter and pan upside down,Slowly remove pan and ENJOY.
